Pulmuone jjajangmyeon (Korean noodles in black bean sauce) is a delicious re-creation of the most-loved snack (or quick meal) in Korea. It is ready in minutes, yet contains NO MSG, preservatives or artificial color, like other instant food. The noodles are fresh (not dried), elastic and very close to the authentic jjajangmyeon noodles you can get from joong-guk-jip (Korean Chinese restaurant in Korea that specilizes in jjajangmyeon). For the sauce, aged black bean sauce together with fresh vegetables is stir-fried at 140 ℃ (284 ℉) to keep the savory aroma and taste. One package includes two food-safe pouches with real black bean sauce and two servings of noodles. To kick it up a notch, you can add fried eggs and/or strips of cucumber on top.

About Jjajangmyeon: Jjajangmyeon (or jjajangmyun) is one of the most enjoyed "take-out" or delivery food in Korea, along with Jjampong (Spicy Seafood Noodle Soup). Jjam Ppong and Jjajangmyeon are the epitome of Korean Chinese food, well known for being delivered to houses in a steel case called "Cheol Ga Bang 철가방", even back when food delivery was unusual.
