Description
This spice paste combines garlic, red chillies and ginger to bring the flavours from Szechuan to your every day stir-fry. 

Szechuan Chilli Ginger Garlic Stir-Fry (Serves 4)
Ingredients:
1 packet Szechuan Chilli Ginger Garlic Stir-Fry Spice Paste 
350g (3/4 lb) shelled prawns 
2 tsp corn starch or corn flour 
2-3 tbsp vegetable oil 
Spring onions, cut into 2.5 cm (1") length as garnish 

Cooking Instructions
1. Mix corn starch or corn flour with prawns until smooth 
2. Heat oil in non-stick wok or pan on medium-high heat. Add prawns and stir fry for 1 minute 
3. Lower heat. Add spice paste and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes or until cooked. Garnish and serve hot 

Cooking Tip: A combination of tofu and eggplant or seafood may be used instead of prawns 

Keep away from direct sunlight and store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, use immediately.
