Description

Dry beancurd sheets or also known as tofu skins. This version is rehydrated by soaking in water and can be used for a variety of purposes. It can used in chinese desserts, used to wrap dim sum. They have a chewy texture and are often used as a meat subsitute for vegetarian, gluten free dishes.
