The name of this sauce tells us a lot about its qualities. It adds a beautiful glaze to meat and vegetables. Teriyaki is a Japanese word made up of two syllables with the following meanings: teri = glaze or shine and yaki = to grill or marinate.

This sauce is perfect for marinating barbecued foods or for enhancing the flavour of all fried and grilled meats. Teriyaki marinade is produced on the basis of our classic naturally brewed soy sauce from the four pure ingredients of soy beans, wheat, water and salt, which is where it derives its unique savoury flavour from.
