Quick Recipe:

Szechuan Mapo Tofu (Serves 4)

Ingredients: 6 Tbsp Yeo's Szechuan Kung Po Sauce, 3 Tbsp Cooking Oil, 2 packets 600g tofu (cubed), spring onion finely chopped to garnish

For Marinade: 2 Tbsp Yeo's Szechuan Kung Po Sauce, 150g minced meat

  • Marinate minced meat with Kung Po Sauce for 10mins
  • Stir-fry meat in hot oil for 1 minute
  • Add rest of Kung Po Sauce and tofu and stir fry gently for another minute.
  • Garnish with spring onion and serve
